Have you never ridden an e-bike before?
No problem. If you can ride a regular bike, you can ride this one. We do a quick coaching session before every rental — Eileen called it "easy to use" and she was a solo traveler.
Is Boquete really that hilly?
Yes — and that's the whole point of the e-bike. As Rick put it, "the e-bike makes it doable." Climbs that would wreck a normal ride feel like cruising.
What's included in the price?
A premium Orbea e-bike (fully charged), helmet, glasses, gloves, water bottle, route recommendations, and team support during the ride. No add-ons.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. You pay at the end. Cancel free up to 24 hours before. We're closed Tuesdays.
Is it safe to go solo?
Yes — and it's something travelers actually mention in reviews. Routes are pre-designed, gear is included, and our team is reachable while you ride.
How fit do I need to be?
If you can ride a regular bike on flat ground, you're set. The e-bike does the climbing — Rick (5★, July 2025) said "the e-bike makes it doable." For the coffee tour, that's all you need. The panoramic ride asks a bit more, but never to the point of hurting.
What if it rains?
If the weather is dangerous to ride, we cancel and refund you in full — or reschedule for any day that works for you, no questions. Light rain doesn't stop us, but the call is yours: if you'd rather wait it out, we'll move the ride. Message us on WhatsApp the morning of and we'll sort it.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Our team is bilingual — English and Spanish. The safety briefing, the routes, and everything you need to know are in English.
